See attached screenshot.

The text ([F] Grab / [F] Climb) and the in-game capsule dialog are rendered above the modal "World First Milestones" dialog box (which can't be moved).

Solution: Render modal dialogs on top of everything else AND/OR allow these dialogs to be moved.
