Description

Hi, i got problem with my lightweight rovers after updated to latest version. Basically started on 1.8.x and still exists in 1.10.1.

If i have lightweight rover, then for example on mun it have strange physics and constantly slides on surface like its ice below it, if its located on the slope - it don't stop moving even if enable brakes. If set brakes to high value, it stops but start constantly shake and still move around.

Mostly other people have same issue and described in this topic: https://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/index.php?/topic/190666-slipping-and-sliding-on-the-mun-surface/#comment-3722351

If use cheats and temporary increase gravity for few secs - it "fixes" issue, until reload location.

I'm attaching my test rover, and if place it on mun slope - you will see what i mean. It is build in previous version, but if build new one from scratch - still same. Also still happens on clear ksp with no mods.

If revert ksp to version 1.7.3 there is no such problem.
