Steps to reproduce

Use a science experiment above the crater on the screenshot

Expected behavior

Experiment registers as "$EXPERIMENT while in space over Mun's XY Crater"

Actual behavior

Experiment registers as "$EXPERIMENT while in space over Mun's Polar Lowlands" even though the region is near the equator and far away from the polar regions

I saw the same thing when i was near the arch at the north end of the crater. i get the pole biome 2km south of the arch and then the polar lowland until 3.5km south .

in the save jebediah is at the place where the issue arise ( the pole biome). go downhill for a few hundred meters and you will be in the polar lowland biome.

Walking on the Mun at 0°52'54" N - 285°25'40" W when I create a EVA report I get "EVA Report from the Mun's Polar Lowlands". Version 0.23.0.395 Windows.

This bug is duplicated by #2070 . It doesn't depend specifically on being on any particular body (except it needs to have biomes), and only appears near where bomes change from one to another. I have explained it on #2070 .
