Description
After adding the 5 fuel tanks, you're asked to add the LV-T45 swivel engine, but there are no engines in the part selector. Cannot continue this tutorial.
This is in stock game, no mods.

Experiencing this issue in January 2022; can't continue progress on game because I can't get through this part of the tutorial.
These three issues together seem to describe the same problem:
