They seem fine on my end. Can you replicate this consistently? Has it only happened once, or does it happen every time you play the game? There are a few things to think about:

You might want to try a fresh install. If you're on Steam, deleting the drogue parachute part and then verifying the game cache may solve the problem.

This can also occur when the player alt-tabs at the initial loading screen for the game. I've seen many parts become black if I alt-tab (especially if I do it repeatedly).

Do you have mods installed? Some misbehave and cause some textures to not show as expected.
