[Wishlist] require fewer clicks to open save from main menu

Description

Currently, the steps to load a save are:
Click "Start Game", wait for animation to finish, Click "Resume Saved", Select save if not at the top, Click "Load".
Three or four clicks to do the most common action.

I have three suggestions:
  1. Add a button "Resume last saved" to the main menu.
  2. Merge the main and start game menus
  3. Add a command line option to skip the menus and go straight to a certain save: --load-save=$save.

Agreed, this would be a very welcome improvement.

The menus haven't changed, and if there is a command line option it isn't listed on http://wiki.kerbalspaceprogram.com/wiki/Startup_parameters
