Description

they cannot be moved.

On this vessel engineer is standing on t400 fuel tank, which is end of vessel root, and there is more than enough kerbals to assist. Still can't move it.

I don't think the FL-T800 is even meant to be affected by EVA construction

Anth12 there isn't any documentation about restrictions about this.

Is there documentation in regards to EVA construction for any parts?

You can see which part can be moved in EVA by clicking on the cargo button top-left in the VAB.

Exactly. Its the only place I know of. Within the game.
