Undocking a rotated docking port cant be manually rotated until its redocked.

Description

KSP 1.12.1 + BG + MH

The screenshot shows the docking port is rotated and it cant be corrected unless docked with another docking port again.

Suggestions:

1. Have it rotatable when undocked.
2. Have it reset on undocking
3. Have a reset button

And if you redock to that port after changing the rotation of the vehicle, the craft will dock normally... until you touch the rotation control on the docking port. You would expect the docked vehicle to just rotate from its docked position, but it doesn't. It just jumps to whatever value the rotated docking port had before docking and only then start to rotate to the new set position.

Oh Squad good job on this one honestly.

When I get closer to the other docking port the alignment pops up in the action menu.

I am assuming this is for docking port alignment before docking.

It doesn't work yet, but I see the effort that went into it.
