Crew report and science storage have weird logic.

Description

FIrst you take crew report.
You can't take another because it will overwrite your crew report.
But if you EVA you can take crew report out of pod, then put it back in and then you can take another crew report.

Why have to go outside of pod to store something inside if it allready were inside of it?

If your kerbal building level is low, you cannot EVA otherwise than on kerbin. This is an constraint on career mode.
