Target moving out of physics range while under acceleration causes visual issues and prevents escape from craft.

Description
This seems to happen anytime a vessel is accelerating towards a target when the target moves from within 2.2km to outside of 2.2km. After re-rendezvous with the target, if it includes a mk 1-3 command pod all RCS thrusters on the pod will appear to be firing, but this will not drain monopropellant or cause acceleration or sound. This cannot be stopped by any means. Of greater issue, regardless of whether the target has a mk 1-3 command pod, once this state is reached it becomes impossible to leave the craft by any means, trying to switch to a different craft through map view, trying to recover the vessel, trying to revert the flight, trying to leave to the space center or tracking station, or trying to quit to the main menu all have no effect. The game cannot be saved in this state and will either crash or fail if attempted. The only way to get out of this state is to force-quit the game, when reloading it will reload back the latest autosave before the bug occurred.

This happened once too when i were approaching minmus base, all Strut ends dropped of base, RCS dropped and antennas dropped. I thought it was permanent damage and started new game

This appears to be the same as issue #26961. Should be a higher priority IMO.
