Description

I cannot activate liquid fuel engines because the fuel does not get to them.

I feel like this needs more explanation if you expect any action on it. Obviously if this was happening to everyone under normal conditions the game wouldn't be working at all, so you need to explain what the exact situation is where this is happening.
