When trying to adjust the slider called "Min Pressure" on the Mk-2R Radial-Mount parachute the minimum alllowed value disagrees between the VAB and during flight.
In the VAB you cannot set the value below 0.04.
But during flight you can set it lower, down to 0.01.
I'd like to be able to pick the lower value in the craft design file from the VAB, and not have to wait till flight to make it lower than 0.04. (mostly it's useful for Duna landings to be able to set it to less.)
The fact that the min allowed value changes between flight vs VAB feels like a bug to me.
