Strange contract

Description
I entered in mission control building and spotted strange contract there (1.jpg). Then I selected another contract (3.jpg) and returned to strange one (4.jpg). Then I reload my save and saw this (2.jpg). And further in a circle...

Updated by Perhaps I'm not using the correct steps, but this issue doesn't show on my 1.4.4 copy. Could be it only shows in Russian, I'm using English; however don't think probable a localization issue as the whole content with those contract descriptions is missing, not just something.
One possibility is, your install has something corrupted or missing. In case you use Steam, you could verify local files, if anything isn't ok would be re-downloaded.
If you have the install verified to be complete, reproduction steps for showing the issue with a high probability (ideally 100%) would be required. Starting from the situation in the save you already attached, or another one.

I investigated it and found smth interesting and maybe useful.
1. This issue happens only in Russian. So the only step to reproduce it is to change your language.
2. This seed breaks mission: 1157882999. If you change this number to any other the contract fixes. See "contract.txt" or find it for your own in "wtf1.sav".
3. The game at loading or exiting always breaks some file. I don't know which one so I attach "KSP.log" in hope it will help you.
Suspicious error:
[WRN 12:41:12.458] Contract Log: ContractDefs cannot load Sentinel.ExceptionalDeviation , it is not in the node. Initializing with default of 3!
Seems like "\Sentinel.ExceptionalDeviation" is that file, but I didn't find anything that could help to understand the reason of file corrupting and don't know how it affects on the game.
Or that... But it definely unrelated to this bug.
[WRN 12:41:13.459] File 'D:/Games/Steam/steamapps/common/Kerbal Space Program/KSP_x64_Data/../Missions/MissionScoreInfo.cfg' does not exist.

Your points 1. and 2. are certainly useful. Unfortunately I woulnd't understand a thing if changing to Russian - sorry. Thanks for your investigative work, this seems to be tied to just one specific contract (probably one string with that contract, in the russian localization). I'll try to identify which strings in the localization matrix can be associated to that contract, perhaps one shows an error. But one thing sure shows from contract.txt - there's an issue with gender markers in localized strings (it's already known, and being addressed), which are used when shouldn't.
About point 3. the warning about "Sentinel.ExceptionalDeviation" shows always. Believe that is caused by a missing definition with the contract system since the whole of Asteroid Day mod was merged in the base game (with KSP 1.3.0).
