Monopropellant ignore "no fuel crossfeed" of heatshields, more ingameinfo?

Description

I wondered for some time why i couldn't transfer fuel from 1 part to another on a space station, since it worked with monopropellant. Finally i found, that there was a heatshield in between as only difference but for monopropellant.

Replication:
Build a heatshield, attach a fueltank on both sides, attach a monopropellant tank on each fueltank (attaching some controldevice could be helpful) - no crossfeed should be possible, but is for monopropellant.

So, bug?

Works by design. Of course while talking about the resource feed (to engines/devices using it); manual cross-feed between tanks of a same vessel is always possible. Indeed MP behaves differently from LF and Ox, but alike EC.

Let me report what one of the developers very gently explained: MP in its resource definition has "flowMode = STAGE_PRIORITY_FLOW" which allows for the resource to be pulled cross-vessel, though starting from the first stage (used to be = ALL_VESSEL but had to be changed or MP would be pulled equally from all stages, depriving upper ones of the resource). LF and Ox instead have "flowMode = STACK_PRIORITY_SEARCH" which makes the resource not cross the heatshields (or other parts with the rule "fuelCrossFeed = False" in their config).

Thanks for that explanation. Maybe it would be helpful to put that information in some way into the game, maybe partrelated.

Since this is not a Bug, i change this to feedback. Maybe i did oversee/ignored relevant information ingame, if not, infos about this issue might he helpful ingame instead having other people need to find out what's wrong.

Do i make any sense (english is not my natural language)?
