Description

If the attached craft uses engine plates correctly,
1) the engineer's report mistakenly warns me that the decoupler is attached the wrong way
2) the staging-reset button orders stages such that I fire the enclosed engines before deploying the engine-plate shroud

Still happening in 1.6.1. It also complains about engine jettisoned before use with engine plates in their intended staging setup rather than its incorrect automatic setup.

At least #1 is still happening in 1.7.3.

(Thanks to whoever fixed the bug that made my engineering report not work at all :) ).
