Personal Opinion:
First I will say that in my opinion the experiment Storage Unit should be the only stock part in game that can collect experiments, to keep it useful indefinitely.

How I found out this issue and my testing:
While watching Das's stream on twitch he saw a 'collect all' option in the action groups for the Mk2 Inline Cockpit. My testing on this is as follows:

1. In action groups there is ability to use 'collect all' like a experimental storage unit but it doesnt work when tested in game for the following:

Mk1 Cockpit
Mk1 Command Pod
Mk1 Inline Cockpit
Mk1 Lander Can
Mk1-2 Command Pod
Mk2 Cockpit
Mk2 Inline Cockpit
Mk2 Lander Can
Mk3 Cockpit
PPD-12 Cupola Module

2. The following probe cores do not have 'collect all' as an option in the action groups and the probe cores work as they should in my opinion:

Probodobodyne HECS
Probodobodyne OKTO
Probodobodyne OKTO2
Probodobodyne QBE
Probodobodyne RoveMate
Probodobodyne StayPutnik.

3. In action groups there is the ability to use 'collect all' and also works when in game just like the Experimental Storage Unit which they shouldnt:

Probodobodyne HECS2
RC-001S Remote Guidance Unit
RC-L01 Remote Guidance Unit
