*Steps Steps to repeat:
1. Build a craft that has landing gear on the bottom
2. Stow the landing gear
3. launch the craft and watch how it spawns floating
My assumption is that vessels this is caused by an error with determining spawn height, and always spawn as if spawns craft at the correct altitude for gear is that's fully extended, and making them check if they are stowed should fix this.* extended.
