It's a pretty easy one. It probably didn't get fixed One possible way to reproduce this bug:
1. load Gull in 1.9.1 because SPH, now the report wasn't that clear.
Reproduction:
1. Take any mk0 fuel tank.
tank under the winds is empty
2. Empty it's contents.
disattach the wings from the Gull
3. Lock attach the tank.
wings to the body in mirror symmetry mode, now the CoM shift to the right side as the screenshot shows
4. Copy it using alt+click
The copied right click one of the mk0 fuel tank under the +right+ wing, you will be unlocked see the tank got filled and full of the CoM shift leftside a bit, click all the mk0 fuel tank once, all the mk0 fuel tank got filled the CoM return to the right place.
and not only in symmetry mode, when you place a fuel tank and set it empty, hold alt to copy and paste it, it also got filled again.
