Part right click (pop-up) menu distance scales too strongly with UI scale

Description

At higher UI scales, the distance from the part that a part's right click menu appears at seems to scale linearly with the UI scale or so. At a scale of 2.00 (via settings.cfg) it appears almost at the edge of the screen.

The idea I have would be to make it relative to the display size, not the UI scale.
