I got Achievement and Contract Credit for a reverted mission

Description
I sent a ship up and escaped the atmosphere for the first time in a new game. The ship returned too fast and couldn't deploy parachutes. Boom/Splash/Splat. So I reverted. I then noticed that the notifications area said I had credit for the flight (new records) and completed the escape the atmosphere contract. I quit and reloaded and the mission had not been completed. So, I think maybe the issue is that the notifications didn't get deleted after the revert.

Updated by Screen shot for after revert. Should not have achievements or completed contract notification at this point.

Here's the message saying I completed the contract. (I agree that I didn't after the revert.)

The images are from replicating the bug. So it is repeatable.
