Vehicle assembly: can't move staging group without first expanding it.

Description

A collapsed group of, say, four engines can't be moved to another stage right away.
It does not drag and merely expands when the mouse btn is released.
You then have to select the expanded group again to move the 4 parts.

I expect (and prefer) that a collapsed group can be dragged somewhere right away.

This affects Linux to.

I always presumed this was normal, and never thought about it.
However, the ability to move grouped staging icons with a single drag would be useful.

I would say this is fixed: In 1.1.3 you can drag a group of parts from one stage to another whether it is expanded or not. (If it was unexapanded it will expand automatically when you start dragging it, but dragging will still work as desired.)
