Description

Waypoints used to show in the navball once navigation to them was activated

Waypoints aren't visible in the navball any more

Steps to reproduce:
1- Set a waypoint from the kerbnet window of your favorite probe.
2- Go to map view, right click the waypoint and select "activate navigation"
3- Nothing happens. The waypoint doesn't show up in the navball, so no "navigation" to it can be done
