KSP 1.11.1 DLCs only
If I attempt to turn off and on Snapmode the following happens
1. The icon Snapmode is off, but the actual Snapmode is on
2. I click on it.
3. The icon Snapmode stays off, and the actual Snapmode is off
4. I click on it
5. The icon Snapmode turns on, and the actual Snapmode is on.
It does end up correcting itself. Small bug but I fall for it every time ;)

I've also had issues with this, where EVA construction snap mode button is useless, visually, always showing snap as off, "round circle icon", and yet it toggles snap properly when clicked, though the picture on the button is often either backward or doesn't change at all. I can live with it, but it's a bit annoying.
