all marker are unlock with all probe and kerbals (0 star or 5 star XP)

Are you in sandbox mode or did you modify the difficulty settings to enable this?

i play in career with custom dificulty but if i start new game in career (easy, normal, hard), it's the same problem.
In sandbox mod, i have not this problem.

I have this, career with no dlc. All probes all kerbals have all sas markers available

Forums say this can be fixed by installing 'making history'
