Description
It would be assumed that if you connect fuel line from 0 to 1, you could transfer fuel from 0 to 1 but not opposite.
Now it doesn't allow transfer of fuel at any direction.

Correction for last picture, i tried it on easier difficulty setting than 1st picture where game doesn't obey fuel transfer rules.
