Game freezes when loading Save Game

Description
When I tried to load my save the game froze and was unresponsive
It happened when I was going to the tracking station to view planets and moons
but all of sudden the game crashed and I couldn't get in my save or load.
It would usually reproduce when the game crashes
this bug is most likely Reproduceable In the patch 13 and older patches

In the video it shows when I press continue the game freezes unable to do anything causing me to close the application

Updated by Note: I also think the reason why the game is freezing while trying to load is because the game is becoming more unstable while playing the game longer
I have 36 flights and when I was playing before this bug the fps decreased dramatically, the loading screen took longer and there's a point where the career save doesn't work anymore
I Terminated the debris which helped a bit but still kept crashing
This bug is similar to this bug https://bugs.kerbalspaceprogram.com/issues/13924 this is the windows version
