Description

While working on user interface code, I was surprised to see "Lin/Rot Switch Mode" messages when tapping the space bar in quick succession despite having set input locks to block everything.

Steps to reproduce:
Open debug console.
Move the debug console to the side so the center of the screen is clear in order to see the messages.
Click on the command line input field.
Double-tap the space bar: Lin/Rot message appears.

It seems the actual Lin/Rot button handling may not be protected either.
