I hope this additional info helps finding the bug: Looking at the attached screenhot, you can see, that the object, although braked, does slightly move, even though by millimeters. This seems to be connected to the flickering, as changes in speed (from 0 to about a 10th of a millimeter) shown in the HUD seems to be synchronous to the flickering shadow. (To be clear, I'm absolutely fine with the object moving, just the shadow should not flicker).
