Description

i wanted to launch this drone and first it looked normal and i deployed the control surfaces and after a short time the lift generation switched to downwards and as a result the drone crashed.

At least some of this is normal behavior.
The given craft has a lawn-dart configuration, with the lift well behind the center of mass.
It needs more than 50% deflection of its 4 elevons to hold level flight. If we deploy a pair of elevons, the tend to lift the rear of the aircraft, and the other two can no longer keep the craft out of its natural dive.
