SM-6A, SM-18 and SM-25 Service Modules don't have a button to deploy the shroud indepentantly and must be staged. This is unusual compared to other types of shrouds. Each has an option to view the cutaway before the shroud is deployed, but that option is removed after. With the SM-25, this becomes a more serious problem because not all of the shroud is removed. Take the snapshot from within the VAB where the shroud was removed (SM-25 Shroud Off.png) and compare it to the results after staging to deploy the shroud (SM-25 Shroud Deployed.png). It is obvious that the central part of the Service Module is not visible and the parts contained not accessable without trying to zoom in through parts.

Feedback #18085 requests to maging staging an option for service modules. This would be a co-requirement of a deploy option in the part menu in flight.
