Kerbal Space Program

This is something I've noticed since the release of the enhanced edition. Staging stops working either on the launch pad or in mid flight. Only fix to this is to close the application (Don't save) and restart where you previously saved.

Steps to replicate

1) this seems to happen at random with nothing different than before. The same craft can be used but a restart of the application (do not save) is a way of fixing it. Though sometimes I've had to restart the game a few times for it to correct itself.
2) happens more often right after exiting (LAUNCH from pause menu) the VAB to launch the vehicle.
3) also is effected during flight. Only had this happen a few times but it seems to be the same bug. Example: I was leaving Duna's surface and when it was ready for me to stage it would not work. This is not just for leaving planets but can happen in other random scenarios.
