rebindable staging reset (default: enter) in VAB/SPH

Description
Some times when naming my vessel (or typing in general when in the VAB/SPH) I try and complete the task by pressing enter out of habit. This seems to be the default key to "reset" the staging order. This can be a pain when working on some more complicated staging set-ups, necessitating a complete re-do of the staging order.
Sample pics from just before and just after pressing enter, In this case text input was focused on the vessel name.
I assume that there were sane reasons to have enter activate the stage reset button, however it would be nice to be able to re-bind it (in my case I would rather bind it to "none"...)
