Allow Contract Probes To Be Re-usable
Description
I've got tonnes of probes orbiting Kerbin, Mun & Minmus that I launched for contracts and are now virtually useless. Most of them still have a fair bit of fuel left, which would allow for a bit of orbital shifting, but generally I have no further need to alter their orbits.
I frequently get contract offers for probe missions that I could theoretically complete with one of my old contract probes - except for the fact that the contracts always stipulate that I need to launch a new probe for the mission. i.e. yet another piece of soon-to-be useless junk orbiting Kerbin...
IMHO, I think the contract system should be way more open minded towards the reuse of existing probes. I know that there's probably concerns that reusing old probes will probably inflate the profit margins of those contracts, but surely there are ways of overcoming that.
For one thing, it makes sense realistically. I mean if some company wants temperature readings from some specific region of space, why would they care if the thermometer has been used before?

Well, Sentinel telescope contracts to allow vessel reuse. For satellite contracts, it's a good idea to figure out something else they can do once the satellite contract is complete. I always find that I never have enough spacetugs. So all my satellites are built to become spacetugs after the respective contracts are complete.
