Options to reasign the 6-DOF keys are greyed out:
Toggle Camera/Flight Control
Lock/Unlock Roll Axis

Hi jensgw, based on your other reports it is likely you have a corrupted install of Kerbal Space Program, please reinstall KSP and if the issue persists use the support forum and we'll be glad to help you.

On further examination with the help of jensgw and others it has been found that the 6-DOF buttons in the settings screen are currently non responsive.
The bindings are editable via the settings.cfg
