Bug #13190
Minmus Near South Pole - gap in minmus surface that leads into the moon/space/explosions
100%
Description
KSP 1.2.1.1604 x64 on Windows.
I found a gap in the surface of Minmus near its south pole, while researching physics/orientation issues on the south poles of various celestial bodies.
Coordinates as shown in the savefile:
lat = -89.959748210404072
lon = -5.1142535092829098
alt = 2987.733066452005
The gap is big enough to drive a rover into, which will start falling towards the center of Minmus as soon as its CoM is over the edge, followed immediately by it exploding.
Screenshot and save file attached, DockSuspensionRover1b is parked at the location and looking straight at it.

I have had a problem with rescuing a kerbal from the surface of Mimnus.
I saw him and his pod fall to the ground as I landed nearby on the same slope.
The kerbal had landed with only his head showing above the surface. Instinctively I started his jet pack and tried to raise him above the surface. He instantly exploded.
On a reload he landed on the surface I could use his jet pack and landed him next to my ship.
As I walked him to the ship I lost control of him and he started sliding downhill.
After several unsuccessful attempts to board him this way, I managed to make him 'climb' a part of the ship and was able to move him to the door and board him.
It seems that Kerbals can't handle the slopes on Mimnus very well.
I think that it probably has more to do with the surface of mimnus' slopes than the kerbal. and so may be relevant to your report.
