Description
I loaded up non-Steam 1.1.3 and it wouldn't load any saves, new ones or old ones. Something happened between 1.0.5 and 1.1.2 that caused this to happen

This was reported a while back and I haven't heard of a similar issue recently so this is not an issue any more.
