Kerbal Space Program

Whenever I go to get a new contract, it shows it, but when I go to make a rocket it disappears, and does not reappear when I go and launch my spacecraft. Additionally, when I go back to the contract building it not only doesn't list it in my active contracts, but it often re-lists the same one I signed up for.

So starting off, I go to the contract building, get "Launch New Vessel" go and make the vessel, it doesn't show up in the contracts tab in the VAB, and when I launch it, it still doesn't show up. So, when I go back to the contract building, not only does it not have it listed in my active, or even completed contracts tab, and often re-lists it again, yet even IF I sign up for it again the same issue comes up.
