Fuel flow display values do not match units.

Description

The fuel flow shown on an engine's right-click window in 0.19.1 uses numbers consistent with mass flow, but claims 'volumetric' flow (fuel units). The numeric fuel flow values were in fuel units in previous versions, so I am unsure if the bug is in the numbers, or the displayed units. A change to either would fix this.

Multiple engine types are affected. I cannot confirm this for non-Windows machines, but it is likely to be cross-platform.

As of 0.20, this bug still exists.

This bug continues into 0.90. A change from the U to Mg/s, tonne/s, or similar appears to be sufficiently low priority?
