Big Drill has a same rate as a small drill afteer the last update

Description
After the last update, the big drill has a same rate as a small drill. Just /10 times less.
Maximum rate - 1.5 per sec.
with 9% ore on surface - 0.13 per sec expected
But with 4 drill i havent 0.13*4=0.52. Only 0.04.
Its like you have 1000$ salary by contract but get only 100$
