Another random instance of the ce-34878-0 error.
Today's occured some 30 mins into my loading the app.
Loaded my eve rescue ship to get it's journey started. Once I had got encounter sorted with eve I went to the menu and did a quicksave. I then went to be menu again and selected the option to load tracking station. Immediately got the blue screen.
Note the frequency in the ps4 error log in the attachment.
