Description

Occasionally, when activating an engine, the engine will not use up fuel, produce any thrust, have an animation or produce any noise

Below I have replicated your craft in a youtube video.

Note the use of the throttle in my video (left side of the navball). In your video you did activate the engine but you didn't use the throttle.

Liquid Fuel Engines need the throttle to be above zero to work
SRB Engines are activated independent of the throttle
