Ver 1.12.3, No Mods, No cheats
Repro Steps:
Open game
Restore Saved game
Go to R&D sector
Open tech tree
EXPECTED:
The item count for each tech tree node is the same as the items displayed.
ACTUAL:
The item count is x and the items displayed is much greater, but most of the items are a repetition of one of the items in that node.
