Kerbal Space Program

Hi! I’m having a problem in my science saved game. I’m trying to launch a rocket on the main launchpad but it does not let me due to the rocket being “overweight.” The launchpad itself and all the other buildings as well are fully upgraded. This problem also occurs with the runway, it states that the craft is too big and too heavy; but the runway is fully upgraded as well. Thanks.
