Inconsistent Fuel vs Oxidiser ordering on Fuel Tank parts in VAB

Description

Most Fuel tanks order their resources as First Fuel, then Oxidiser.

However some parts (e.g. 'C7 Brand Adapter' and 'Mk2 to 1.25m Adapter' have this ordering reversed (i.e. Oxidiser, then Fuel).
Rotating the part does not change this.

The order should be consistent.
