Custom action group does not apply to symmetrical part after it was reattached

Description
1. Add some part that can be assigned to action group in symmetry mode (x2 mode is preferable)
2. Assign part to custom action group
3. Pick up original (not symmetrical part) and reattach it somewhere (also in symmetry mode)
4. Open custom action group and select symmetrical part (it should has lost it's binding)
NOTE: if using x4, x6, x8 symmetry mode usually only the last part looses it's binding
