Kerbal Space Program

When playing with the stock commnet features enabled (require connection for control), mods are unable to control the throttle. This becomes an issue for mods designed to give limited or specialized control when in a comms blackout, such as kOS.

Mods should be able to see what the difficulty settings are, but choose to ignore them. Regular in-game control of the ship (aswd keys, shift/ctrl) should continue to follow the commnet difficulty settings.

This issue is potentially on all platforms although I have not tested it on the consoles.
