Better placement of "property windows of parts" inflight and restrict overlapping

Description
When rightclicking on parts, you get a window (fueltransfer ect.). When in need of opening multiple windows i.e. for fuel transfer issues, you get problems of viewing and clicking other parts. You need to move those windows first, also when in need of accessing some buttons.
I suggest to open those windows at screen edges and try to prevent overlapping. If screen edges are full, it could go inside like a snail shell.
I remember that there was a similiar issue, but couldn't find it by search. Think it was posted to 1.2pre.
