*Description*
The part icons in the Science Facility disappear, got truncated or shifted down from the bounding box / viewport depending on the graphics resolution.

The effect is similarly to [bug #17828] #1728] where part icons are truncated & shifted down in the VAB.
--> This might be a duplicate with the same root cause except that the VAB is faulty on all (?) resolutions, while the Science Facility is not (definitely on 1920x1080 for example).

*Reproduce*
1) In Steam (Linux) delete the game
2) Purge the whole forlder as KSP leaves some binary and config files behind (not just the saved games)
3) Install the game from Steam
4) Start KSP
5) Change only the graphics resolution to the wanted setting
6) Start a new game in any mode (attached screenshots are from science mode)
7) Go to the science facility and check the right hand side area of part icons
