Description
For convenience, I point to the issue at StackExchange: http://gaming.stackexchange.com/questions/266513/missing-buttons-options-and-astronauts-in-kerbal-space-program - I've uploaded pictures there.
As I have played most often version 1.0.5 (and much less with 1.1, 1.1.1 and 1.1.2, as I had a break from playing KSP), I can't really say since which version the bug exists.
