KSPedia scrollbar corruption

Description

When opening the KSPedia when there is a 'docked' popup visible, this leads to scrollbar corruption. The attached image will explain it. If you move the docked popup (in the background) the corruption will also move.

I'm running KSP in Windowed mode on Windows 7 with 2 AMD videocards in crossfire(if relevant..)

How to replicate:
- Right click on a part, make the popup (tooltip / tweakable window thing) 'docked'
- Open KSPedia

Closing, QA has not been able to reproduce this issue for some time and in effort of the database cleanup that is underway this bug is being closed.
